March 2004 140, 485 Approved

Hi Guys,

Finally my I-140, I-485 got approved yesterday. I checked the E-mails today morning.

Looking at this forum, it looks like CSC is working on March cases.

Hey March guys - I was following the thread. Thanks to all. Hope you will get yours soon too.

Here are details about my case:

140 RD - 1/25/2004 (Got a RFE, Dont know the details, Lawyer sent the reply. CSC received the RFE on Nov 23. The last LUD change was on 12/21 for 140 , and 12/24 for 485)
485 - 3/31/2004

Both my wife's and mine got approved yesterday. i guess they were waiting for Bush inagural ceremony

have you recieved the original approval letter or you just recieved the approval email? Please update when you recieve your approval letter just to get an idea of how loong it takes to recieve that.

It is EB3. I applied my labor in Aug 2001. It got approved in Oct.2003

Based on my Previos experience with EAD card and Advance parole, it should take about 4-5 business days.
