Today morning, I was checking my emails and found 4 emails received at 10.06 PM PST yesterday night, 2 on 140 & 2 on 485 mentioning that these cases were approved on Jan 19 2005. My wife's was still pending when I started writing this post, guess what..I just received 2 emails..dated 1/21/2005 Now PST. My details are as below. Many thanks to all in this forum.

Remanded to state - 4/15/2003
Company corporate attorneys changed, so I followed up the case & got status to new attorneys, who declined to help as it was filed by previous corporate attorneys. So, I had to sync up old & new attorneys along with HR in one conf call to find out who is responsible to respond. This took almost 3 months
- Twice RFE on LC to the company at state level b/w Aug & Oct 2003
- RFE (LC requirements are molded to candidate abilities), so we had to reduce the requirements for the job.
