I called up USCIS, those freaks told me to wait till the date reached May 19th. Hopefully you will get the approval otherwise call again.

The Senator's office forwarded a fax from TSC in June saying that the case will be taken up in a month-- and now it is almost three months!
 
nothing "Triggers" approval

In my humble opinion I don't think that anything (faxes, calls, senators, etc) "triggers" the review of a case. I think that it's simply a matter of luck.
Nothing as of today, no FP nothing

I agree with you. I have given 2 FPs. It seems better than your case but in reality it is same shit but different holes.
 
i called senator that's why i am getting fp2 i hope to get approval after i get it done no notice in mail yet,LUD on 10/4 /04
