Any body got approved sofar ?? I have checked hundread LIN numbers back and forth to my LIN with ND 03/22/2002 , I saw couple of them approved...

Is INS working on March Notice dates now ??? Any more info on this ???

Hi,

I have been silent visitor to this site. And I decided to go along with you form now on.

My details are:

Rd:03/22/2002
EAD:05/10/2002
Fingerprints done:12/30/2002
Applied for Spouse 485, Rd:04/15/2003
Applied for EAD renewal:04/15/2003
2nd EAD approval: ?
485 approval:?

I didn't get my EAD approval till now.
Also I got Fingerprint notice after 9 moths of 485 Rd. I was waiting for my fingerprint notice, and there was no sign, so I contacted my attorney then she spoke with NSC, and I got Fingerprint notice immediately. Do we need to talk to them to check status everytime? My attorney is very busy, she doesn't answer properly if I ask more than one question, I don't want to make any mess with her till my approval.

My question is, do we need to talk with NSC people to check status often, does it make any -ve.

March applicants

Rajiv's website shows current Nebraska service center to be processing 08/2001 applications.

Based on this, we (all applicants with ND in March,2001) should hear only in September-October,2003. This approximates to roughly to 540 to 570 days, way over what INS approxiametes on their web-site to be 450 to 480 days.

I hope this is not true.
 
Any one got any approvals

I am literally waiting for my approval... Nebrska INS sucks.. the people who applied at the same time with Vermont, they got their approvals 2 months back... I don't know what is going on with Nebraska INS...
