Anyone who is waiting for FP ?
My RD is March 21 2002 and have not yet got FP notice.

Another question/theory I have is about the Priority date on the 485 receipt notice. Mine shows "unkown".
Could this be a problem in triggering FP ? Lets say it is done by some sort of software which checks for the PD and issues FP ?
If it does not find one, no FP notice is sent.
Any of you guys who requested manual FP and got it also have a missing PD on your 485 receipts ??

Just a wild guess but with BCIS anything is possible !!

RD: 03/2002;
FP: 06/2003;
2nd EAD: approved in May;
2nd AP: approved in Aug;
I-485 final approval: still pending
 
No PD on the receipt.

The priority date on my 485 receipt is blank, what's wrong with it? Did all your guys have PD shown on your receipts? Thanks in advance.
 
My PD is also blank

Where it says PD on my application is blank, the same for my wife.

I got the manual FP, called and received. So binbin, your theory could very well be right.

Maybe whoever has not empty or unknown PD on their 485 receipt may not be getting FPs or approvals immediately, we need to check this out.

I meant fl_2002, your theory could very well be right, we need to get this validated with others on the board. I listed it on the texasimmigration site also under proper title with a link to this thread.

May be true

My wife and me don't have PD mentioned (its blank) on our 485 receipt notices. We have requested FP manually to a good IIO and she in-turn requested and we got it done.

My wife and me don't have PD mentioned (its blank) on our 485 receipt notices. But she got here finger Printing within a month after we apply for I-485, i am still waiting ...
 
i am a 2003 filler with blank PD, however got the FP notice around one month after ND.
 
Hi fl-2002,

For me and my the ND is 3/22/02. We had our FPs done on 5/27/03. No PD on I485 recipt and never requested for FP manually. We both filed for 2nd EAD and 2nd AP on3/11/03. Got EADs in July but still waitind for APs, it is exactly 185 days today.
