Have not heard from you in a long time, Mohammed...

Have you had a chance to talk to an IIO regarding your case? Has it been assigned yet? If not, have all background checks been completed?

Processing Dates by CSC

If we look at the latest processing times released by CSC it says
that I-485 ready to adjudicate as of 01/01/00. This may be rediculous
but again this is the date given by CSC. In that report they say
that if you do not hear anything withing 30days from CSC after you
meet the processing times, a fax inquiry can be made.

Before going to a senators office it will be useful if somebody
writes their experience, and describe if it made any difference in
thier case.

Thanks

No Title

If you have done your fingerprinting 2+ months ago, you should call IIO and check if your case has been assigned. If the case is adjudication ready( all agency checks received) then IIO might help in assgning the case.

Talked to IIO for "assigning case to officier

I talked to IIO around Dec 20. I was told that my case was ready to adjust but not yet assigned to an officier. So, the IIO folk said "I am printing out your case and will give it to the session officier to assign to an officier". So, I guess it may be useful to talk to IIO for assigning the case. However, my case hasn\'t been approved. I couldn\'t dial in IIO recently, So, I don\'t know if it really help or not.

I guess there are still lots of March/April RD cases pending, even though some cases of much later RD were approved.
