Is it a concurrent case... Just trying to predict the nature of VSC

FP 1 is done in 05/2003. It will soon expire. We have seen quite a few approvals for the cases with FP done in Apr/May 2003. This is helping their statistics and also avoiding second FP. Early 2003 filers with FP done early are the lucky ones. My sympathies are with the late 2001/early 2002 filers who are still waiting.

By the way, stt_1971, Congratulations!! Enjoy your freedom. :)
 
Approved even after FP1 expired. Amazing??

I thought one needs to have valid FPs during 485 approval. Looks like it is not needed. Any comments.
 
Congrats! I also thought you need valid fingerprint for approval....here, fingerprint expired and still got approved. I may still have chance :rolleyes:

Looks like he did FP in AUG03 too. So what is the point in FP1 expiry?


A. Only wife had Issue with her FP, so we got a letter for her only to do it again so we did in AU03 again,

One more thing, MY LUD changed on 8/16/04 after exact 12 months.
And Today all my casses LUD changed to 8/23/04
