March \'02 RFE reply case approved!

Just checked AVM and found out that my case was approved on May 06 2002!

Here are the details:
RD: Jan 2001
ND: Feb 2001
FP: Apr 2001
RFE (birth certificate): Feb 2002
RFE reply received: Mar 14 2002
AD: May 06 2002

One family member (RFE reply received 3/18/02) also approved same day.

But wife\'s not approved yet...hopefully soon!!

what category?..EB2 or EB3. My case is very similar. The dates run parallel. I\'ve had 2 RFEs (first for i-94..my attorney forgot to send it with the application, can you believe it?, the 2nd RFE was for birth certificate) INS recieved the 2nd RFE on 3-19-02. Your approval gives me some hope and faith.
