March-02 filers not getting FP2..why..?

I am seeing Feb 02 & April 02 fillers getting FP2 notices but what happened to March-02 filers ? did any body Mar-02 got FP2 ? it is almost 6 months after my RFE generated no FP2 nothing. What is happening ?

I have seen Many Mar -02 fillers getting 2nd FP notice
e.g sahabraja is Mar filer
Sine in your case you have RFE , u might not have to go 2nd FP, so pray for your Approval, I am sure your Approval is right around the corner

I received it

I received 2nd FP notice some time in last week of FEB-04, scheduled for 01-APR-04 (already done it), but did not receive for spouse.

Then I applied for 3rd EAD on 24-MAR-04 online, and then it generated the 2nd FP for spouse, scheduled for 15-MAY-04.

If I would have not applied for EAD renewal, GOD only know, when the 2nd FP would have been issued of spouse.

FP1 06-JUN-02 (Both of us)
FP2 01-APR-04 (Self only)

I received 2nd FP notice in Oct 03 and RFE in Mar. Approved in Apr.
