I just would like to share good news.

My I485 was approved on May 03 according to email and website.
my daughter case was also approved but my wife case is still pending!
So we are still half way to finish line.

ND 3/06/02
FP 5/03
AD 5/04

My daughter ND is 11/02 , but I guess since fingerprint is not required for her, they also approved her case.
My wife still did not get FP notice yet ! (ND also 11/02), so we keep our waiting...

This proves the theory that they are currently approving March to May 2003 FPs.

What's your EB category and are you from a special registration country?

Congratulations!!! Very nice to see approvals. This week is a pretty quiet week.
What is you EB category? How did you get your FP last year, manually requested or automatically scheduled?

Good luck for your wife's case!

I think my is EB1 (no Labor cert.). I do not now if my FP was scheduled manually or automatically. Every thing was handled by company lawyers, though I did call directly INS several times to check the processing time and status of the cases.

Did you include your wife later in your process, I see her ND is 11/02.

Is that correct.
