MARCH-02-2007 VSC-->TSC Xfered Unapproved Cases !!! Please report Here.. So that we track whats up with Transfered casess..
 
here are my details- request posting of rfe's if any

request all respondents to this thread to add rfe's if any yes/no and if yes date of rfe so, we can gauge if TRANSFER cases are preadjudicated

My case dates, labor and 485 seem to line up with you and sounds strange or coincidence for us to have a LUD on May 8...

EAD/AP - applying for 3 rd time
xfer from vsc > tsc - 03/15/2007- no Lud after 03/15/2007
FP2- Not received till today
I-485 - Pending

Not received FP2 notice. took infopass apt at Miami,FL and the Lady IO did not give any info other than saying Pending and refused to send request for FP2 notice.

Called Customer service and opened a service request for FP2 on June. 1st and no reply yet.

I see people calling TSC using POJ method,not sure what is POJ method. Can somebody please explain what is POJ method and what is the number to call. Appreciate your responses.

Yes. Our dates are very identical!
I checked from FBI that my FP results were cleared immediately.

How did you find out about NC?

guys please renter details with rfe yes or no

guys please renter details with rfe yes or no( before vsc to tsc transfer) this will indicate if preadjudcation has been done or not if even a single 2002 filer has responded to a I-485 RFE then it is evident all 2002 transfer cases are waitnng for visa number only.

Please all guys on this thread update any RFE 485 details[/SIZE]

None of you are getting approved this month. Forget about it for now and start paying more attention to the other things going on in your life.
