I suggest you talk to your local congressman about your 485 approval. They are processing case as of Jul 1 2003. Since yours is before that, pinging USCIS through your local congressman will result in a quick approval.

Hi,
We are also waiting.My I485 rd:03/14/2003.
my wife got her biometrics done 2 weeks back.This is after we completed our 2nd FP on 03/19/2005.Now we are in our 3rd EAD. :(

I initiated contact with our local senator Bill Nelson from Florida.I'm in miami.
Today I got a call from senator's office saying that they got all my information,and they are preparing my file to send it out to USCIS next week.

the official processing date did not change from 03/01/2003.I'm hoping it will change in next couple of dates.Only AILA.ORG chnged the date to 07/01/2003.I even called national cust. service,and that rep told that the official date is still 03/01/2003.

Lets hope for the best!

I am also planning to contact the local congressman/senator. AILA mentions that we can call USCIS only if info on their website is updated. It is almost a week since AILA processing dates were out, but NSC still has only its May 18th update

Good that you got an RFE...your trauma may end soon. Make sure to send your RFE ASAP and leave it to them. Good Luck
