Wow ! That\'s a fast approval.

Did you inform the NVC to hold your underlying I-140 case here in the U.S. itself before filing I-485 ? Could you tell us your I-485 status history ?

My I-140 was approved for CP & got sent to a Consulate in India because my attortney slept.

I-140 for CP
I-485 waiting for I-14o to come from "storage"

During I-485 application, attorney informed NVC not to send the I-140 to local consulate. Good luck!
