This is my first time to access this site, I should know about it before submitting my N400

My N400 interview is next month, and my issue is that I didn't include one names that I use it before ( Tax ID ) at other names field because that name was wrong spelling and I corrected later at my new SSN. i use that name two years. use nhriz instead of nharz

Also my H4 visa was shown my surname as my place of birth, it was US embassy mistake, they type it that way and I never use it any other places. also I didn't mention it at my N400 form.

I had GC interview and IO didn't say any thing, So shall I keep quite at the N400 interview or I have to tell the IO. is it going to deny or delay my application if I mention it

your responds is appreciated since I start thinking about it every minute

I think it should be OK. How can we be blamed if our names
are mispelled somewhere so we are screwed?

Thanx for replay.

But do you think they will send my name again to Name check process or IO can added to application without any issue.

and what is the chance that IO will discover it if I didn't mention it at interview time.

The IO could discover the name that was on your H4 visa, because they have your huge A-file which has all sorts of stuff going back to your first visa, and you used the visa to travel. If they discover it and you didn't list it on the N-400 and didn't mention it the interview, you could be in trouble.

Of course, if you mention it at the interview, they will run another name check.
