Many H1's - effect on GC processing?

Hi,

Can the following have problems while GC processing?

1) Has been in US since 1988 and had many H1's?

2) Sometimes while transferring H1 has submitted current employers pay-slip with previous employers Notice of Approval?

3) Do they keep track of the pay-slips that have been submitted for so many years while transferring H1?

1) what has been your status last 18 years ?
2) If pay-slip did not have company's name on it, well, that is pretty faudulent.

Hi,

Since 88 - 95 on F1 visa, then on H1 but in 99 left US came back in 2000 stayed for 6 months then left US and came back again in Feb 2003 till then here. I have not voilated the law of 6 yrs any time. Just had many H1's.

The pay-slips had the company's name. You got me wrong. Notice had name of A company but the pay-slip accompanied by it had name of B company. Still the H1's have been approved.
