Yesterday I tried to scan this document in png format. It was coming around 12MB. That is why I felt it is not worth trying.

manumahi, you probably get a BMP file instead of JPG. JPG file is much smaller. Try to find a tool to convert bmp to jpg.

PNG is supposed to be better format than JPG and BMP in terms of file space consumption wise.

I had to zip as files with .efx extension were not allowed by the site to upload.
