Manual FP and time to reach FBI

We went in for FP on Oct 22nd 2004. I did it electronically while my spouse was manual..
When I called FBI today, my FP was sent back to INS same day, but they said they have not gotten FP request for my spouse yet from INS. How long does it take for the FP to reach FBI if done manually?

Anyone, any ideas?

I did mine manually on 27 July 2004 and my online status was updated as FP results recd on August 12 2004 -- so, about 16/17 days in my case. Hope that helps.
 
BudBoy, thanks for your prompt reply. Atleast I know what to hope for now.

There are 2 ways to do FP, one is your fingers are scanned on a glass surface and you can see the prints on a computer screen in front of you. The machine tells if everything looks ok. This is electronic.

Manual is, they have a sheet of paper on which they take your finger prints using some kind of ink
