My sister got her green card 4 months ago. her husband has been transfered to europe and the whole family is moving. although she has two years parole, she wanted to be sure, if being out of the country will not affect her citizenship application when she becomes eligible.
your opinions are appreciated

absolutelly,
she has to be visiting the US within every six months interval.. so she woun't be clasified as abandoning her residence.

Actually, "visiting" US is useless as a technique for preserving natz residence. It may help you keep your GC, but definitely won't help you become a USC while you are living abroad.

I would say that in order to preserve her GC she needs to spend more time in the US than another country, in a fiscal year.

One should not be too focused on just time spent in the US versus another country.

First off, unless an N-470 is filed an absence of over six months will automatically break continuous residence for natz purposes. Second, if she has the Re-entry permit then she will need to be back before it expires, and ensure that residence within the US has been established.
