Maintaining F1 Status

I am leaving my graduate program due to financial issues and currently on F1. I don't want to go back.
1. Are there any online courses/university programs that can issue me I-20 for 4-5 months?
2. How long legally can I stay in US once I am out of status?

2) no time at all, if you withdraw from school. Better talk to your INternational advisor.
