Mailing Problem or lie???

I had an RFE issued for the 131 on Aug 21. I still have not received it, so I finally called TSC today.. according to the lady, they were having a mailing room problem and the mail from last week or August has not gone out yet...

Anyone else hear a similar story?? Has anyone received any receipts or rfes mailed out from TSC around the last week of August??

Me & Spouse both got for AP 'card mailed' Email on last day of Aug.
Yet not received the card.
Called IO they say to wait atleast 30 days before Inquiry, but this explains the delay.
 
Check with your attorny - should have it. If not defenitly a mail room issue.

OR - did you change you address any time after filing 485. It could have gone to the old adress.
 
Nope.. no change of addressesI had also asked her about not getting receipts for applications and she blamed that on mailroom issues as well.. as in receipt generated but has not actually been put in an envelope and mailed out..

in the end she told me to wait another 2 weeks and if we still donot have it, then to call back and then they will try to send another one out.....
