Mailing out my n-400

I have mine ready to mail :)

Now my question to those who have mailed is what is the best way?

Priority Mail ( guarantess 3 day delivery )

Regular Mail

and also how do you guys keep track of where it is ( I have read posts where people look online and can tell where the post office has it or if it has been delivered ) How can I do that, what should I ask for when mailing to be able to see when it gets there ?

US priority mail with delivery confirmation allows you to track it online. That is what I did and it got there on 2nd business day.

My I485 got approved and stamp on my passport in August 2004
I got my physical green card in March 2005

1. What will be my citizenship application date?
2. When do I need to send N-400 application?

There is a date on your GC which clearly states when your became a LPR of this country. It is that date + 5 years - 90 days when you would be eligible to send in your N400.
