mailing options to VSC

What are the mailing options to file applications to VSC. I need to send my EAD renewal application.
Can I use USPS certified mail or overnight?

Any mailing service that accepts PO box as receiver's address...I have always found USPS priority mail with delivery confirmation as the most effective (cost and traceability wise)...
