Can you please tell me if you had gotten the notices for I-485, 765 & 130 together ?
I am really confused since I got my notice for 485 for which I had given my office address.
However I have not received any notice for 130 for which I gave my home address. My landlord is messing with my mail so I have started forwarding it to a PO Box & I think they might not forward USCIS letters !
I have no idea what to do since I don't really know what address will they send the notice for 130, my EAD card & my interview notice.
What adds to the confusion is that I had given the home address for 765 too but they sent the notice with my 485 notice & hence used the home address so maybe they will use the office address for 130 as well.
I called USCIS but theya said they can't help with my mailbox issues & also since its not 90 days yet. I was told I can't even change my address & give my office address since I haven't moved !!!

Please please please help me

Thanks

I don't have a solution for you, but you need to call someone about him messing with your mail. I know tampering with mail is a federal offense and so is opening someone elses, but you need to deal with that. As far as forwarding mail, my husband forwards his mail from his parents house (where he stayed before we bought our house) they forward everything, the only thing is if it says "do not forward" like some government things do, then they won't forward it.

We sent ours via Fedex and it was received on the 6th according to Fedex tracking, but it hasn't been very long so I figure that's why I haven't gotten anything and the checks aren't cashed yet. Sorry I couldn't be anymore help.

The post office will forward everything to your P.O box...As far as the notices,I got all my notices the same day...Regarding your I-130,I would try calling the customer service number to see if they sent you anything. The reps have been very friendly and helpfull to me on the two occasions I called them.
