Mailing instructions?

What is the best, safest and fastest way of mailing (paper based filing for EAD and AP renewal) to NSC?

1) US Postal Service with ExpressMail

2) US Postal Service with Priority Mail (2 to 3 days)

3) Fedex Overnight.

kirankumarj, i understand i have started new threads but those are related to different questions. From my past experience in this forum.......if i ask in one (1 thread), i wouldn't get all the answers i am looking for.
I think ppl. in the forums are more comfortable to answer -- one question at a time/thread.
So, that was the reason for me starting new thread for each question/topic.
