Mailing in forms!!!!!!!!

Is it acceptable to paperclip all forms before mailing them in to the Chicago mail box ie. i-485, i-765, g-325a, and i-485a. Does anyone know of a better way to keep these file together, so that there's no losing of files along the way. As always thanks for your help!

Staple them or use a paper punch . I used a paper punch and got the metal (don't know the name--- check staples )thing to hold all together .You can try string or ribbon too
