Mailing In Application Package Incomplete to beat deadline new filing fees

Hey guys, I am goiong to mail in my application before the new filing fees kick in.The whole package is missing the AOS from joint sponsor should I still mail it in and mail that part of the form later?

An I-864A can be submitted later in the process. If the required initial evidence is missing, it can be rejected. Make sure you do not leave out something for which the application could be rejected, if missing.

Send it in without the I-864, they will just RFE it later but you will be able to lock in the fee, if it's get to em before the 22nd.
