mailing address

Quick question. Im applying through FB (my wife is a USC). Im not using a lawyer as we havent got the money for it.Ive filled out all the forms with all the additional documents. I then called the BCIS on there 1800 number asking where to post them. Im near Columbus, Ohio. He told me to send everything to an address in Cleveland, Ohio, which i have done about 3 weeks ago. Does anyone know how long it will take to get some sort of response from them?

reason i ask is because all the forms had different mailing addresses and also looking at the posts here ive never heard of anyone mailing to Ohio, Only Vermont, NJ, etc
