Mailing Address for EAD

Hi,

Can some one point me to the correct mailing address for filing EAD and Filing Fees? I live in Michigan and my case is processed at TSC. (Not sure but sometime back I heard there is centralized office processing EAD's). My attorney applied twice to Mesquite , TX and this time I've do it my own because of cost cuttings at my work place.
