Mailing Address different from delivery address - EAD/AP renewal - QN

I sent EAD/AP renewal by fedex to vermont service center address listed in INS site ( St Albans VT). BUt when I checked the tracking page of fedex, it says 'rerouted to revised delivery address' and finally was delivered at Williston, VT. Has this happened to anybody? Is this what happens normally? Does INS have an office at Williston VT? Thanks in advance.

mine went there too...on jan 3..and my ead was approved yesterday!!
