Mail out notice

I had interview on Jan 06 2020 at Newark office , The officer gave me mail out notice. does this mean something ? I was expecting pick up in two weeks notice .
The interview went well.
 
mail out? meaning the decision will be sent out by mail?

when i had my interview the asylum officer told me you have to pick up the decision in person because you live within 100 miles of the office , how far are you from the office

It means the decision will be mailed to you.
Could you share your timeline? When you applied, when did you get your notices?

May 2016 --i-589 submitted
Sep 2018 --Expedite request denied
Oct 2019 -- 2nd Expedite request got accepted
Jan 2020 --Interview
Waiting result
