My attorney told me they are going to mail in my perm application, --my employer has this arrrangement i guess no hr would like to handle the e-filing.So anybody has experince of this before? how long it takes?

btw, another thing is I found the material they file also include audit response--but my case haven't file yet. Anyone know why is that? Thanks.

If they are filing by mail they should just have the form 9089 filled. They do not need to send any audit response.

PERM by mail, cross your fingure atleast first 6 months

Cases filed Aug 05, (TX) now under processing but lot of rejection.

Reason, data entry guys over there entering all wrong data in to PERM system . For e.g your last name may be entered as your street address.
Then you will get denial letter saying that applicants street address is not given, so petition is rejected. You have 21 days to reopen your case to reconsider.

This is one of my recent experience for a known candidate of mine.

Filing PERM by mail-in appliations is not a wise idea.

It is best to file online. There are lots of data validators in the online PERM form 9089.

If wrong data is entered on paper form 9089, analyst will not be able to enter it in PERM system if it rejects the data during form validation, in which case, the LC will get denied by the Certifying Officer immediately.
