I am Chinese, and I was kidnapped and sent to madhouse( psychological hospital) forcibly by my company's staff without regard to my will and my relatives. I plan to get F-1 visa to study a MS program and I am sure I can get F-1 visa to enter USA. I want to apply political asylum to get green card according to my persecution experiece. Can someone tell me how to do?

Documentary Evidence
If u can get documentary evidence of all what u just alleged, you are in good shape. But u must provide proof that the Chinese govt was behind this or that they are unwilling to do anything to stop it. Otherwise it may be regarded as mere fight btw u and ur company.
If u state ur intentions at the port of entry, it may become too complicated for u to handle by yourself since they will have to adjudicate ur case befor you enter.

strange, isn't it? You want to apply for plitical asylum and u think u can just e-mail any crab to a lawyer without even taking an appointment to talk to him? FYI u will have to set up a meeting with the attorney and discuss your asylum case. It cannot be done only by e-mail (at least with any serious lawyer) . You may even have to pay a fee. \

Because I am in China mainland now, and I can not dicuss attorneys face to face, therefore I want to send E-mails to attorneys to discuss my experience first. I wonder if my experience is confortable for applying asylum. However, next year I am sure that I can enter USA via F-1, then I can contact attorneys directly.
