:mad: ***Urgent***. Anyone waiting for H1 for 2008?

:mad: I made the quota for H1 in April but am still waiting for my visa. I moved it to premium processing on October 1 but am still waiting (in spite of their 15 days guarantee).

Is there anyone else who applied for NEW H1 visa in April and is still waiting? Pls reply with receipt data. Mine was April 27th.

Hi I am also on the sameboat.till now i didn't get approval.my employer not allowing me to change it to premium.I don't know what should be the reason.going really mad.do you got your reply.after changing it to premium how many days it took.in the middle igot the RFE and we sent it immedietly.after sending the query also again second month running.please let me know your status.
