Dear All

Pls clariify.

I came to US on H1 & was laid off. In fact my old employer revoked my petittion with BCIS. Now m H1 transfer has been approved as a nnew H1 & I need to go ttto India forr visa stampinng.

Do u think I m eligible for dropbox.. MY first visa stamp was till 2006.

you are eligible for drop box on the outset. But consulate is likely to check the previous visa and might ask you for an interview
