Is it only me or does it happen to everyone that has a case pending at TSC? Cases (131, 765, 485) are being touched but there is no update in the messages. For example on 3/31/06 our 765 was touched then 1 week later we received the EADs. Now on 4/8/06 (after FP Code 3) our 131 got touched. Also, in the last 2 days our 485 got touched twice. Will appreciate if you can share your experience. Thanks.

LUD changes usually indicate some sort of activity on a file but I have seen several instances where nothing happened after a LUD change. In your case they seem to be working on your file. This is a good sign.

I have read somewhere that USCIS will start processing 485s and getting them ready for approval even during retrogression. This way the cases will get approved as soon as dates become current.

Thanks Sara. Good news for the retrogressed countries. I'm EB2 rest of the world if that matters. A Brazilian guy from my company got his card 2 months ago. After the concurrent filing it took him 3 months until he received the cards. That was unbelievable. They started his PERM application July 2005.
 
Igautam, we also had our FP Code 3 on 4/8/06 too. The LUD changed on I-131 the same day. Then the LUD changed on I-485 on 4/10/06 and 4/11/06. Again the messages haven't changed.

Look like they are working on your file.There are no LUD's change for me on I-485. What's your I-485 receipt date.

Hi We got LUD on our 485 on 3/28. But no LUD on my minor KID. on 4/10 KID has an LUD on 485, but no message change on any of the case.

Don't know whats going on
