LUDs for EB1-EA (PP) at TSC

Hi,

Please see my signature for my case timeline. I requested PP on Mar 22nd and I had LUDs on Mar 23rd and Mar 24th. Nothing after that. What does it mean? Are they done with it or they haven't even looked at it? Look forward to your feedback, suggestions.

I think 23rd is when the PP center got your documents from Mesquite center. Then, 24th they would have sent you the notice about "request for PP". I do not know what happens later. But, after about a week, you see a LUD change. This is how it happened to me. Good luck. Pl. see my sig...

Its been almost 10 days since my PP request but there have been no LUDs since then. Should I be worried that my documents have been lost as well? Please give me your feedback as what should I do...

did u upgrade ur application online? or you sent out paper request?

Do you get any autoemails from CRIS for upgrade?

Hi docny,

My lawyer upgraded my application for PP online. I received email(s) from CRIS saying that they have received my request for premium processing for my case receipt number. Those are the only emails I have received from CRIS so far.

As mentioned your LUD on 23/24 are initial processing (file transfer to PP center etc). Any LUD from then onward will be when an adjudicator is actually reviewing your case.

It can be any day. Good Luck.
