My case was transfered from TSC to NSC on July 10th for the reason that I don't know. Past four days starting from 08/06, LUD was changing everyday. I don't know why it has to change everyday but no change in status. I wonder why?.

As per the current trend, some of the cases are being transferred from CSC to NSC due to the work load adjustments. So, there is every possibility that yours may be approved soon (less than a month is my guess).

I had an EB3 I-140(PD 2004) at TSC which was approved in June2007. I t got an LUD like so many other cases in TSC on 8/05.
My 485 is @ NSC with 140 approved on 3/29/07.....Folks, do u think the old 140 LUD has any impact on the present case????????????

Well, I am not worried about the case transfer, I have a theory behind that, I applied I485 for my wife on June, which went to NSC. I think that is the reason they transfered my case to NSC. But I wonder why 4 LUD in 4 days.
