Does it change when they send the Bio notice? What about the text about your case in the website? My LUD keeps changing. even today 12/11 that is Sun :eek: However, the text is still the same. I have recently sent them my response to RFI and I am wondering when they will send me Bio.
 
Yes,LUD changes after Bio.Message on your case doesn't change.

what do you mean by LUD change and text is still the same? my bio notice was sent on 11/01 but my lud still shows that RFI was rcieved on OCT 26 I did not recieve any email updates since then
so how can I find out if my LUD is changing?
 
Do you have a login with CIS? If not you need to register at https://egov.immigration.gov/cris/jsps/login.jsp
then when you login it shows your LUD that is the date there was the last activity on your case. This is different from when you just put your receipt no. in the online status check or when you get an email. Mine also shows the same text they posted once they received the RFI on Dec 2 but LUD keeps changing and it even changed today. So, I am hoping they sent me a bio notice and I was checking if the text changes when they send the bio...

that sounds great , but my LUD shows 10/27 although I have done my BIO on NOV 23rd does that mean that they haven't recieved my BIO?

I am not sure about this but I think I have seen in other posts that LUD doesn't change after Bio is done and that doesn't mean anything. I have not been to this stage yet. so, other could help more on this.
