I am a little bit confused guys .

what kind of date should be on LUD ?
Nebraska center recived my I - 485 on 08/31/05
i think LUD was 08/31/05 on my profile .
when i checked today my online profile it is 09/06/2005. it seems to me LUD was 08/31/05 .I dont remember exactly what was my LUD on my profile. but i think it was 08/31/05
Does it mean my lud was changed? . If yes why i didnt get any e-mail notification abou LUD changes . because i set it e-mail on.
Is it good news if they change your LUD ??? whati is next step?

I am going to do BIO 3 next month . I went to Proccessing center today .Immigration officer didnt allow me to do it earlier :) He told plese come next month on that date which u are scheduled. i said SUREEE. :D :)

Hi SINNERSROOM.

You don't have to wait for next month call tomorrow the bcis customer service and tell to the person on the phone you want make an appointment for your BIO, and you should to use a day you want.

i got appointed date on my bio for next month . i was just trying to do it earlier Immigration officer told me to come on that appointed date.
 
LUD 09/06/2005 is probably the day uscis prepared your Bio letter.Keep in mind,anyday they take a look on your file,LUD changes.Note;LUD= Last Update Date.This doesn't necessary result in e-mail notification or online case status change.You will get an e-mail notification or online case status change in the following:
RFI letter(Mailing and Receiving)
RFE letter(Mailing and Receiving)
Decision on your case(Approval or Denyal).
Any other look on your file including Bio letter(Mailing and receiving) can't make your online status changes nor an e-mail notification.But all of these make your LUD changes

LUD date and biometrics letter date are the same on my profile.
