LUD Yesterday

I checked my 485 case status today and there was an LUD dated yesterday January 7th. Does anyone know why this would be as I am an EB3 rest of world with priority date of Oct 2005. Also I already have my EAD and AP.

Yes LUD on 485 with no message change. My I140 got approved on September 27th 2006 although there is an LUD on that dated November 11th 2007. This may not mean anything just not sure what's going on.
 
impossible to know what is going on exactly

But we can connect the dots, that is what I am doing
from Jan 4th.

We had the 140 LUD on the same day and 485 LUD with one day apart.
 
If other folks with 140 soft LUD on the prevous sundays from Nov 11

If other folks with 140 soft LUD on the previous Sundays from Nov 11
can let us know about the soft LUD on 485.
There will be a pattern .... :)

Also folks with previous 140 soft LUDs gets the soft 485 LUD this month, there is a pattern.
 
I agree - but not sure why they are looking at my case now since it is probably a few years away from approval according to my priority date.
 
may be another flood gate for EB3 like EB2 end of 2007

May be another flood gate for EB3 like EB2 happened at the end of 2007.
 
There is a chance always

They may open the gate for big herd and some sheep's from the back push thier way up.
They don't know what do on most of the situations and the best way to get out of it is confuse everyone along with you:)

It appears to be common to have soft I-140 updates on a Sunday, some time after they were approved. I have no idea what they pertain to. I had one but nothing followed. There were no subsequent LUDs on my 485. Nor have there been since my fingerprinting at the beginning of July.

One scenario/reason for LUD on approved I140 could be because
of synch up on Alien numbers across the applications. If they are different or not assigned before.

Hey Guys
I Have Been Noticing The Same Thing
It All Started After I Filed A Wom,
On Oct 28 07 I Got Lud On My Ead Approved In Feb Of 07
Oct 31 07 Judge Dismissed My Case.

I Had My I-130 Approved In 2006 And Got Lud On It On 06jan08 At The Same Time My I-765 That Was Approved In March Of 07 Got An Lud.

Then They Both Got Lud's Again On 13jan08
The Weird Thing Is That They Were All Done On Sundays.

I Have An Infopass Tomorrow To See What Is Going On.
