LUD WAC03-158XXXX case on 7/2

LUD changes to 7/7

Bigbuddy, we have similar I485 file date: wac03227xxxxx. Our LastUpdatedDate has also been changed to 7/7/04. Before, the date was when we did our first FP. They are just doing some mass file rearrangement probably? I don't expect to be approved in the near future.

maybe you are right , maybe your are not!! keep your fingers crossed.
Did you recently changed any address or anything ? :confused:
 
Guys, I noticed a LUD movement of 7/2, 7/3 to approved on 7/14 for a April 2003 case. (WAC0315353xxx)
 
I am march 2003 and I just have one LUD of 6/24 and that also maybe cuz of MY ead renewal.
so strange are the USCIS ways. I think they are going by FP date expirations and ofcourse luck ( for you )
 
Kell, My I-485 ND is 21st April 03. So, I am just watching the progress of some of the cases filed around this date. You could check WAC0315353300 which was approved yesterday.

yesterday My LUD turned to 7/14 from 7/03.

Still mine is showing 07/03. Can we hope, may get aproval today?

This guy maybe a Conc. filer. do you know if this case is a conc. filing case?
 
bigbuddy, I have no clue on the filing status for the guy who got approved yesterday. My guess is, it should be a EB2 concurrent filing. :confused:

Just noticed WAC0315350004 was also approved yesteday... lucky ones...

Kell, we got FP done same day. My LUD went to 7/2, 7/6, then 7/7... I'm keeping my fingers crossed...
 
is everybody EB-2 or some are EB-3 as well?
How much is the difference in dates for EB-2 and EB-3?

and My wife LUD changing everyday 07/01 --> 07/03 --> 07/14 --> 07/19 --07/20

I dont know what is happening at CSC.

I am Sept 03 filer, EB2 non concurrent. LUD is changed to 7/12 without status change ? Does anybody knows whats going on. FP completed in April' 04.

Just now I got approval Notice, but online message didn't updated.
For my wife didn't get approval Notice, but LUD changed to 07/20.

Mine AD is 07/16/2004

MY Wife LUD changing everyday 07/01 --> 07/03 --> 07/14 --> 07/19 --07/20

i think we are sailing in the same boat. for myself as well i have only one LUD on 7/7 . FP is in March '03.

I also got a 7/7 LUD after my FP in 4/15. I just created the profile not too long ago so I don't know what is the LUD before that.

WAC 032425xxxx.
