Words cannot express my gratitude enough for Kashmir, 140_takes_over, desi_bartender, and several other friends whom I may never meet but will always remember for their non-selfish and generous help...
 
Congratulations man.

I think all the people who could not see their cases, something good was in store for them. I got approved as well.
 
My ND was 6/13/2002. My company was acquired by another company in Oct 2002 (four months after my application) and then my new company filed an I-140 amendment. I had also changed my address early this year.

My wife's case is still not approved. She applied in October 2002, about four months later than me.

Congratulations man! Being in the same trickly queue as you, I was hoping for the best, but my case didn't 'disappear' for the past few days. :(

My case did not disappear. Rather, my USCIS login was having problems and I was unable to login and view status using that. My status had shown "received your fp results on June 14..." all throughout since June 14th.

I think they are working on cases which have the FP done (irrespective of JIT). Hang tight, it will not be long for you at all....Best of luck.

My log-in has been working fine the past few days... though the FP status message you kept seeing encourages me! Thanks for the lucky thoughts and enjoy your freedom from this 'permanent twilight'! Even my lawyer said that getting FP2 is a sign they are readying for adjudications. I hope she is right. :)

I hope you're right. That'd be the only sane explanation of why JIT is bogus.

No, I did not do any fax inquiries....I did call up the NSC number a couple times the past couple weeks but the guys just read the info off of the computer.
