LUD today 18th Sep on I485-NSC

I saw a soft LUD on both me and my spouse I485 today. Any Guru's who can give me some ray of hope. Guru's ..you know my plight.


EB3 PD Jan2003 NSC
EB2 PD Jan 2006 TSC transffered to NSC
EB2 I140 approval: Oct 2005
EB3 I140 Approval: Oct 2007
Filed I485 Concurrent : June 18th 2007
Dec2007: requested them to port Eb3 to EB2- No news atall.
EAD approved: Oct 2007:p
AP Approved: Oct 2007:p
Notice Date: July5th 2007
Recieved a letter from USCIS on 14th Aug 2008- that Case is under review as
my lawyer contacted them as "Outside of processing time"
First LUD on I485: 18th Sep 2008:)
My Quote-" Man who said that there is light(USA) after every tunnel(India) is a big FOOL as we travelled from light(India) into a tunnel(USA):D"
 
I hope you get greened soon. Some one had told me the same thing and I was really greened after that, so passing the ball to you.

I got a lud on 09/19/08. Blindly hoping that it means something positive.

EB2, PD 17 Oct 2005, I484 Receipt Date 16 Oct 2007.
 
Green Card Approved Today 15th October

Request for date merger in Aug 2007. Didnot recieve any letter ..nothing..
I485 for both me and my spouse approved today 15th October 2008.
