LUD -Spoke to IO on NOv 29th

I saw a LUD on Nov 28th and NOV 29th on my 485. I spoke to the IO and
she said my case has been assigned to an officer for review and they have sent for background check clearance because it was pending.

Is that a good sign ?

Same here: Lud on all 485s on 28th and 29th
 
I just spoke to another IO and she said my background check is clear.
I asked her specifically if my name check was clear and she said yes.

Now I just hope it is true !!

What do you mean they sent for background check clearance? Is this part of the new FBI/CIS policy?

LUD patterns is same here.


I had a RFE on I-485 OCT 4th, Responded on OCT 29th. They recieved it on NOV 28th and there is another LUD on 29th.

There stops everything.
Lets c what changes Dec brings to our lives.

If i understand orrectly, neither me nor ppp2003 got RFE. Hope it's for good.
 
no news is good news. There is another LUD on my wife's 485 on Dec 2nd.
I did speak to an IO again and she said it is all clear and just hang tight. She did say though no visa number has been assigned yet.
