LUD on I-485

unless its an approval/reject/RFE you can't see a message. most of the time LUD indicates someone or something has looked at your record.
 
Receipt date

My PD is March 05 and EB2 India. 485 files-- August 07.

Per USCIS processing time site, NSC is processing 485 application filed on

or before August 10.

My recepit for 485 says, receive date as Aug 10,07 and notice date as Spet

18,07

So per USCIS, since my PD is current, should I expect my case to active

now?

So far no LUD since my biometric.

Is your 485 pending at NSC?
My dates are quite similar to yours - EB2, India, PD: Jun 2005, 485 filed: Sep, 2005 at CSC - transferred to NSC. I also saw an LUD (without any change in message) on Aug 13 but there has been no other update since then. Hope someone is working on the app.

Let us share updates if there is any change in status.

When did you last provide your biometrics/fingerprints?

LUD on I485,I765 and I131

see my signature , i got LUD on I485,I765 and I131 on 7th and 8th August 2008 . But there is no changes after that.

It may be because of my wife I485 filed on August 1st or may be because of my address change.

I-485 LUD: Feb 3, 2008 (no change in message - just the transfer notice from VSC to TSC)

NC Cleared: Oct 2007
FP1: July 2006
FP2: Aug 23, 2008
LUD1: Feb 3, 2008
LUD2: Aug 25, 2008
LUD3: Aug 26, 2008

Not sure if we should interpret the LUDs on derivative's EAC# as a good sign, or the lack of LUDs on primary applicant's EAC# as a bad sign???
 
LUD's today (8/28) on Primary and derivative...no change in message though.

EB2 PD 12/2001 Ind, I-485 RD 3/2006 (xfered from VSC to TSC) 3/15/7
 
Soft LUD's again

I noticed LUD's in my spouse advanced parole getting updated for 3 consecutive days without any message changes and no updates after that.

It seems to be sometimes the LUD's are getting updated for no reason at all.

Tick-tock, Tick-tock... waiting to see if we can beat the the Sep 30 deadline before EB(2) retrogresses - again.:confused:
