LUD( on I-140 ) changed two days in row, any indication ?

RFE details

USCIS asked 2001 Company Tax papers, and my W2's for 2001, 2002. They gave 12 weeks of time to respond.

Also vishalct and gc_buddy Please clarify whether you filed through labor Substitution or regular(EB2 or EB3)
 
I also have a similar situation.

140/485/EAD -- ND - 03/01/2004
EAD -- AD - 05/17/2004
140 -- LUD - 08/19/2004

No email from USCIS. No change in status. No Labor Sub.

Wait and Watch. Hope for the best and be prepared for the worst.
 
My case has LUD changes for 08/13/04(Friday) and 08/16/04(Monday).

ND for my Concurrent Filing(EB3 with Labor Substitution) is 04/15/04.

well this time the LUD on the 485 changed! no change in status again..last month LUD on by 140 change two times ..however no changes at all...still waiting..running against the wind!
 
SO my LUD for 485 changed two days in a row too..its now showing 8/24/2004..No status change.. i just wonder whats happening! any idea's.
LUD changed two days consective on 140 last month and two in a row on 485...ND Oct1st 2004 EB3.
 
Got RFE I140

LUD changed on 7/19 and 7/20 got RFE on Aug 15 . Don't know details may be lawyer will receive in week .

I think your I-140 and 485 will be adjudicated together.you can expect an FP Notice.

Same here. My 485 was updated 3 times, on 6/24, 7/27 and 7/28. The 140 updated 9 times, 7 times from 6/23 to 7/1 and 2 times on 7/27 & 7/28.

No news after that. Waiting for some action.

ND 7/11/2003, Concurrent filing. No FP notice yet.

wow GC_GoneCase...thats a lot of activity on your case without any outcome! i wonder for me if it has something to do with a other applications..meaning i applied for a h1 transfer and ead renewal as well.. so they maybe opening my files for refernce ..thats it.
have you other applications as well?? its hard to make sense why they would have updated our cases so many times without any action,,any thoughts
 
Nd 03/18/2004.

LUD for 140 changed two days in a row on 08/19 and 08/20. No change in the message status. Will post if any further updates.

Well, I also applied for 7th year H1 extension on basis of pending 140. It was applied on July 2 and approved on July 8 without any LUD change during that time period.
I had no other pending application at that time e.g. EAD or AP.
Strange are the ways of USCIS operations and we have to live by it.

MY I-140 LUD's also changed for two days on 08/13/04 and o8/16/04. without any Status Message changes or Email's from USCIS.

Lets keep all others updated too.

BTW, was your case regular or labor Substituted? I have been asking this to almost everybody here as i am trying to find out if there is any co-relation between the two.
