LUD( on I-140 ) changed two days in row, any indication ?

glrao theory didn't worked for me still waiting for I-140 approval but got my EAD card in mail today....

The LUD is updated again today on 140. No change in status yet.
 
LUD on my case

it changed 2 times, one yesterday afternoon and today morning even before i came to office at 9:00...this is bizare. no one knows are these guys working at nights or working from home.....god knows....
 
LUD changed

I-140 ND 08/27/2003 - LUD Changed 06/23/2004 and 06/24/2004 .
No status change. Not approved.
 
guys my case......EB2....finally approved.....hurrayyyyy

following are the details....

Aug 2003 -- filed(140, 485)
Oct 2003 -- RFE(Company financials,exp letters etc).
Dec 2003 -- Denial notice.
Jan 2004 -- Appealed to Vermont service center.
Mar 2004 -- case send to AAO.
Jun 2004 -- received reply from AAO, case sent back to vermont.
29 Jul 2004 --- 140 Approved.

though my 485 application, status has been updated with the news dates as of yesterday but my wifes application are not been affected. she also had got the denial along with me in Dec. Why would this be......

also these guys at VSC are really working like anything it looks like....my status was changing like some stock market value....(for last 3 days..every afternoon and morning etc etc)

yesterday morning the staus was...
"this case has been re-opened based on courts order and we will notify you when the processing is done"

and at night the status was
"This case has been approved.

anyway guys good luck to you all...one more thing try to contact your county's congressman or senator..i did that..i think this also made the process quite faster......

Congrats. You have won a well deserved battle.

Let see what happens in my case. LUD updated on 140 appox 10 times and 3 times for 485 after receipt of RFE reply on 6/23.

Last two updates were on 7/27 and 7/28.

finally I got RFE on I140, I got email from USCIS, as I said before LUD change on 7/14,7/15, RFE details are not known, may after one week I will know RFE details... from Attorney.... I keep you posted.....
 
I have a similar situation.. My LUD changed on 8/17 ( I checked at 8 pm ) and then again on 8/18 ( checked at 7:30 am ). No message change on either day.

Looks like lot of people have been in same situation. Can someone who had this last month or few days back can tell me their experience as what happened , RFE? Approval ? or nothing........

My case is LC sub.. and my lawayer did not asked me to get the degree evaulation.. so I think I will get an RFE ...

Same thing happened to me also. LUD changed on 8/17. No status change.
But it seems, my case is different than every one. My both I-140 and I-485 LUD changed on same day.

Hi Sreedhar, In my case, 140 / 485 both have been updated 3 times on same day without change in any status e.g. 6/24, 7/27 and 7/28. It is very difficult to guess what these guys are up to and why in some cases only LUD is updated without status change and in many cases status change and LUD update happen together?

Same situation here ..

Same situation here .. see it in my signature ... LUD changed two weeks back .. no updates .. :confused:
