LUD( on I-140 ) changed two days in row, any indication ?

LUD( I-140, ND/Dec 3,2003,VSC,EB3 ) on my case changed two days in row ie. 7/14, 7/15, any indication of status change ?

Any thoughts ???
 
myitneeds..same here..my LUD changed two days in a row 7/15 & 7/16...i am thinking its more of an RFE...cause people with approval seem to have had only one change in LUD and an approval following that...just a guess! anyway hope for the best

What time do you see those change in LUD?

Can it change anytime of the day or you see it usually in the morning

Same happend to my case

It change in row for two days, there wasnt any update for next couple of days, today my 140 is approved.. so expect the good news in couple of days.

[LUD of I-140 (ND/Oct 18, 2002,VSC,EB1-OR ) and I485 (april 2003) on my case changed on 7/15,

It's very strange, the only change was the date of fingerprint receiving, It was May 20 and now the online status is showing: "On June 26, 2003, the results of your fingerprint review for your I485 Application to Register Permanent Residence or to Adjust Status were received, and processing has resumed on your case. We will mail you a notice if further action is needed, or when a decision is made."
 
Mine changed on 06/30 (365th day) and 07/01.. But no news as of now.......It is frastrating!

RFE reply received on 6/23 by USCIS and LUD updated on 6/23, 6/24, 6/25, 6/28, 6/29 and 7/1....No news after that. H1 extension for 7th year approved on 7/8.

140/485 - ND 7/11/2003, RD 6/27/2003
No FP yet.

I think yours should be approved on 26th July !!!! :) based on theory for glrao... his case was approved exactly after 7 days...

My LUD changed twice on 140 from 11/18/2003 to 7/9 and 7/12. Till now no status change
