Similar case here.
LUD on previously approved(9/06) I-140 on a Sunday - Nov.25 2007.
No changes in LUD to I485 applied on 7/2/07 with LUD on 9/14/07.
Waiting for FP since filing for I485. Got AP on 8/07 and EAD on 11/07.
Not sure why LUD updated on a holiday on a previously approved I-140.
Hoping for the best.

I got an LUD on my Approved I-140.
Many people got LUD, may be it could be mass update.I am still waiting for FP.

This website has statistics on different cases that USCIS handles on any given day. I don't know how accurate these are, or where they data comes from, but on November 25th, 23 NSC I140 cases had LUDs (including mine). The large number of threads on the approved I140 LUD topic leads me to believe that there is no significance in this, but we can always hope.
