LUD on Aug 16 2007

I got an LUD for me, spouse and child
I opened a SR back in July, Will it cause an LUD? or something is cooking :)
 
same with my case

TSC IO: 07/30/2007. NC cleared. 2nd FP pending.. Did not initiate FP.
Infopass: 03/08/2007 FBI Namecheck pending. No useful.
TSC IO: 08/06/2007 NC cleared. 3 times she mentioned NC is cleard. Only holding thing is 2nd FP. Issued FP notice. Waiting now for that.
TSC IO: 08/15/2007 NC Cleared. wait for 2nd FP

I guess ombudsman is the most effective communication (At least the guy who understand our pain). My congressman is a waste!

I had an LUD when they responded to my SR (opened in june 6th) they responded 18th july & an LUD on 18th for my 485

my LUD got updated on 8/15/07 after my 3rd fp done on 8/14/07.

hadakachullu - your dates are very similar to mine. please keep us posted of your update.

I need some information regarding the following:

1) how to contact and inquire thru ombudsman. links of site and forms will be great.

2) how to reach IO officer at texas office thru 800 number. i always end up talking to the customer support and was never transfered to IO. she did not even took my SR as my 485 has a lud of 8/15 and ask me to call back after 60 days.
any info is greatly appreciated.

To TSC IO : 12261CASE#34 (I memorized!)

After you hear the case status Press 4 or wait for the prompts and select the one says "Your dependant cases were...."

hopefully you will receive that nice email 'card production ordered' soon. as per the pattern in this forum lot of fp done in may are getting approved.

LUD on 8-16-07 for primary 485

I noticed the LUD (must happen after 5:00pm) changed to 8/16/07 today for my (primary) I-485. Spouse's 485 has no change so far. My FP3 code 3 was done 7/3/07. Hope this is a good positive sign.

Got LUD on 8/17/07 as well

Just got up this morning and check computer, guess what, LUD changed to 8/17/07. I do not think they work that early. it must be system related,. For the LUD for 8/16/07, it was very late as well, after work hours... THose two might be system related..

Do you all got today's LUD as well? any thoughts?

YES. I got LUD for all three of us. Did you open a SR?
 
No I did not open SR

last time I called the CS Rep, she told me I can not initiate SR until 9/04/07 since i had my Fp on 7/3/07. I could call only after 60 days with no activities.

Hope this is a good sign for us!

i have not received the msg. for approval notice though. pls. share your experience and confirm if my ordeal of gc is finally over.
